<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to fill in a gap between a QoS of a network level and a request of an application by giving network resources that can achieve allowable performance of the application on the basis of software QoS which smoothly adjusts the quality (QoS) of services. SOLUTION: On the basis of software QoS which smoothly adjusts the quality (QoS) of services, network resources are given that can achieve allowable performance of an application. That is, on the basis of the software QoS that smoothly adjusts the quality (QoS) of the services, a communication network for executing renegotiation and reallocation of a bandwidth can be obtained. In this case, the software QoS is determined by a softness profile and further this softness profile is determined by the degree of satisfaction index (s) for indicating the degree of the quality and a bandwidth ratio (r) for indicating a radio of a bandwidth requested by the application and the bandwidth which is actually allocated.</p> |
