SOLUTION: The operation of a small amplitude input buffer 1 which fast switches the level of an input signal IN to high or low with a reference voltage VREF as the reference and outputs an output signal OUT is controlled by an input buffer control signal IN2. Consequently, it is possible to make this circuit fast and low power, because an operation of the small amplitude input buffer is controlled by the input buffer control signal.
