PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform focus detection in wide field. SOLUTION: By energizing a main mirror 2 in a direction shown by an arrow F by a main mirror energizing spring 31, the mirror 2 abuts on a mirror box 30 and its position in the directions of hinge shafts 2a and 2b is regulated. By energizing a 1st reflection mirror 3 in a direction shown by an arrow G by a reflection mirror energizing spring 32, the mirror 3 abuts on the mirror 2 and its position in the directions of hinge shafts 2c and 2d is regulated. As a result, the position of the mirror 3 in the directions of the hinge shafts 2c and 2d with respect to the mirror box 30 is regulated and the center position of the mirror 3 in the directions of the hinge shafts 2c and 2d is aligned with the optical axis of an objective lens. |
