PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability by facilitating an eject operation at a normal time requiring frequent operations, and providing less frequent ejection cancels as a turning operation. SOLUTION: When an IC card 1 in an inserted state is ejected, the IC card 1 is ejected via a single transfer pin 15, when a push operation is conducted on a push rod 5 in a state protruded up to first protrusion position. In the case of an erroneous protrusion of the push rod 5 when the ejection of the IC card 1 is not required, if the push rod 5 is pushed in the thrust direction in a state, where a knob 14 is turned at the protrusion position and the transfer pin 15 is transferred from first heart type cam slit to second heart type cam slit, the one transfer pin 15 is turned to have the ejection operation of the IC card 1 cancelled so as to maintain the inserted state.
