PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel so that a mechanism for adjusting the eccentricity and the tilt of the optical axis of a front group lens can be arranged without bringing the large-sized diameter of the lens barrel. SOLUTION: This lens barrel 1 is provided with a lens holder 5 holding a lens 6 and capable of adjusting the optical axis position of the lens 6 by selecting an assembling and rotating position with respect to a lens barrel main body and inclination adjusting mechanisms 8 and 2 adjusting the inclination of the optical axis of the lens 6 by adjusting the assembling inclination with respect to the lens barrel main body of the lens holder 5 and is provided with a holder holding member 4 holding the lens holder 5 to be rotatable and integrally tiltable and the inclination adjusting mechanism is coupled with the member 4. |
