PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method by which void around a character occurring in a transfer process of using an intermediate transfer body, and discoloration occurring from the lowering of transfer efficiency, etc., are prevented, and a stable image is obtained with a little change of tone in an elapsed time. SOLUTION: This image forming method has a process of forming a latent image on a latent image carrier, a process of developing the latent image on the latent image carrier by using a developer, a process of transferring a developed toner image to a first transfer body, and a process of transferring the transferred toner image to a second transfer body. In this case, the developer including the toner in which inorganic fine particulates each having a surface processed by releasing agent oil are additionaly added to toner particles including at least a binding resin and a colorant is used as the developer. The inorganic fine particulates including silicone oil as a liquid component by 1 to 12 wt.% are desirably used. |
