PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily see information displayed on a display by a portable radio communication equipment during non-traffic time. SOLUTION: A 1st case 1 and a 2nd case 6 are opened and then the 2nd case 6 is closed upside down. In this state, information displayed on a display device 7 can be browsed or scrolled by scroll key 3. Thus, the communication equipment is carried with the display device 7 displaying an information to be quickly browsed and scrolled by a carrier without opening the 1st case 1 and the 2nd case 6.
