PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium, the manufacturing method of the optical recording and an optical recording medium manufacturing device for preventing the illegal duplication of the optical recording medium by the physical transfer of recessed and projected information recording pits formed on the substrate surface of the optical recording medium. SOLUTION: For this optical recording medium, since the recessed and projected information recording pits are formed on one main surface of the substrate of a molding disk 31 and a reflection layer 32 is almost buried and formed on a recessed and projected information recording pit formation surface, the reflection layer 32 on the opposite surface of the recessed and projected information recording pit formation surface does not reflect a recessed and projected information recording pit shape and thus, it is difficult to physically duplicate the recessed and projected information recording pits even when a protective layer 33 formed on the reflection layer 32 is peeled off. Further, since the reflection layer 32 is constituted of a material containing organic pigments or the like and an adhesion property is improved by providing a chemically bonded or solid solution layer on a boundary surface with a substrate surface, it is difficult to selectively dissolve only the reflection layer 32 by using a chemical. |
