PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an inputting work to a 2nd information input management table by automatically producing plural sentences from sentences of a 1st information input management table and inputting them to the 2nd information input table. SOLUTION: A 1st information input management table 32 manages data based on an information input from a user, and an information extracting part 34 takes out define statements stored in a data storing part 33 to a data extracting part 35 based on information inputted to the table 32 and makes the an extracted data storing part 36 store data. An automatic sentence producing part 37 combines define statements to produce plural sentences about a data group stored in the part 36 and inputs plural sentences that are produced to a 2nd information input management table 38. Thus, it is possible to reduce an inputting work to the table 38 and to produce appropriate sentences. |
