SOLUTION: This is an on-board equipment 10 (computer mounted equipment) on which a computer 11 is mounted, wherein the computer 11 incorporates a volatile memory 16 and a non-volatile memory 17 and is equipped with a control panel 18 and resetting is executed for setting the initial state of the computer 11 while preserving the contents stored in the volatile memory 16 through the operation of a reset switch 20 provided on this control panel 18, In the above configuration, the computer 11 has an initializing means (such as an initialize select switch 21) and after the contents in the volatile memory 16 are extinguished by this initializing means, initialization is executed for storing the contents in the non-volatile memory 17 into the volatile memory 16 so that the computer can be set into an initial state.</p> |
