PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally deposit a thermally melting member surely, and to stabilize it over a long period of time by induction-heating a thermally melting member by the aid of a heat generating member, and applying a specified pushing pressure to the thermally melting member at the time of induction heating. SOLUTION: The periphery of the terminal section 2a of an electric wire 2 is covered with a cap 3 as a thermally melting member, and a heating coil 4 connected to a transistor inverter 5 through a connecting cable 15 is arranged outside this cap 3 and held at a specified position. Along with generating heat in a powdery material 10 by operating the transistor inverter 5, causing a high- frequency current to flow into the copper pipe 11 of the heating coil 4, and causing the powdery material 10 being a heat generating member mixed in the opening 3a of the cap 3 to induce an eddy current, a specified pushing pressure is applied to the cap 3 at the time of the heat generation. Consequently, it becomes possible to increase the efficiency of thermal welding work.
|
