PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a satisfactory speech quality by eliminating effects on a modulation rate, a voice compression ratio, etc., and effectively transmitting a teaching signal to make a waveform equalizer follow changed in circuit characteristics. SOLUTION: A transmitting station outputs voice modulation signals 1' which are generated at a voice generation part in a voiced talker mode, while in a voiceless talker mode, outputs teaching signals 2, which are generated at a teaching signal generation part to be used for learning by an adaptive waveform equalization part of a receiving station. Upon the receipt of the signals 1', the receiving station outputs voices which are generated at a voice demodulating part, and when the signals 2 are received from the adaptive waveform equalization part, performs learning by the adaptive waveform equalization part and also turns the output voices into silent voices. |
