PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow less heat-intrusion and shorten the size for a compact superconducting magnet. SOLUTION: Slits 11 and 12 are alternately provided from both ends at a plate of conductive metal member of copper, aluminum, or alloy of them, a series connection body of flat conductors 13 allocated parallel with a small gap in between being constituted, and a normal temperature terminal 14 and a low temperature terminal 15 are formed at its end part, thus constituting a conductor part of a current lead. Thus, a current lead for chiller cooled superconducting magnet is provided wherein, with less heat penetration and a shorter size, a compact and low-cost superconducting magnet is obtained. |
