PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade excellent in wear resistance and provided with good low temperature cleaning performance. SOLUTION: As to this cleaning blade 11 constituted of the hardened body of an urethane composition including polyisocyanate and polyall; the hardened body satisfies the requirements of (A) that cross linking density is 8.5×10<-4> to 11.0×10<-4> mol/cm<3> , and (B) that tanδpeak temperature is <=10 deg.C.
