SOLUTION: When the packet of data requiring isochronism is transferred to a node F from a node A through each node in such a case that a plurality o-nodes A-H each having common absolute time is connected to a network system in a ring-like state, the other nodes than the node A are restrained from issuing packets so that the period for preferentially transferring the packet issued from the node A may be secured periodically over a fixed period of time.
