PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit which suppresses the disturbance of a voltage waveform that drives a voltage drive type element and makes it capable of operating with the switching element of a small current rating. SOLUTION: A control part 10 which alternately performs on/off control of switching elements Q1 and Q2 is provided with a counter 11', which starts a count operation after receiving a gate signal G and means (logical circuit for codes 12a, 12b, 2a, 2b and 15 to 21) which output high frequency signals G1 and G2, which make the switching elements on/off based on the counter output.
