PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PHS mobile terminal with multi-functions that surely sets the power to off state in a desired area. SOLUTION: A control section 80, that conducts processing relating to information entered via an operation section 20 and data sent/received from/to a base station, is provided with a retrieval section 81 that retrieves a base station resident around its own terminal, a comparator section 82 that compares an ID of the base station retrieved by the retrieval section 81 with an ID stored in a storage section 70, and a drive section 83 that sets the power of its own terminal to off, based on the comparison result fed from the comparator section 82. When the ID of the base station retrieved by the retrieval section 81 matches the ID stored in the storage section 70, the drive section 83 sets the power of its own terminal to off state. |
