摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic automatic flickering device which affects the environment less and reduces erroneous operations due to changes of brightness in the surroundings by setting a brightness level when a load is turned off to a higher value than a brightness level when a load is turned on. SOLUTION: A negative electrode of a photoelectromotive force element SB is connected with a control terminal of a switching element SW thrugh a resistor R1 . The photoelectromotive force element SB connects a plurality of solar batteries 5 in series. The drain of a MOSFET 21 is connected with T2 terminal of a TRIAC (3 terminal bidirectional thyristor) Q1 thorough a resistor R2 . The drain of a MOSFET 22 is connected with the gate of the TRI AC Q1 . The MOSFETs 21, 22, the photoelectromotive force element SB, the resistor R1 , and a capacitor C are formed on the same silicon substrate and are stored in a package. A light storage material is provided in a part opposing to a light receive face of the solar battery 5 in the package. |
