PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce motor power consumption, motor heat generation, and device heat generation, by setting a current value of constant current drive based on a drive current value when a step-out is detected in a detection means. SOLUTION: In a control circuit, a control panel 81, motor controller 82, current control circuit 83 and a memory 84 are connected to a CPU 80, a driver 85 is connected to the motor controller 82, a stepping motor 50 is connected to this driver 85. A step-out detection part 87 is mounted in the stepping motor 50. A drive current relating to the stepping motor 50 is gradually decreased from a condition of uniform operation, when a step-out is generated in the stepping motor 50. Then, the drive current value is obtained as a step-out current value, and a current value several times the step-out current value is set as a current value of constant current drive, when the stepping motor 50 is in ordinary operation, to be stored in the memory 84. In this way, motor consumption power, motor heat generation and device heat generation can be reduced. |
