PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for transferring component capable of satisfactorily transferring a chip component, by avoiding that the chip components under transferring contact each other. SOLUTION: A continuous oxbow groove 8a having its width and depth slightly larger than the width and depth of a chip component P is formed in the center of the surface of a belt 8 in a lengthwise direction. Since the chip component P can be transferred with its lateral position kept by the groove 8a, the contact of the chip component with other component is securely avoided and a satisfactory component transferring is secured. |
