PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience in on-line shopping utilized by unspecified many persons by using a facsimile terminal together for inputting detailed information in on-line shopping utilizing an Internet-type terminal. SOLUTION: When an ordering person applies for shopping by using the internet-type terminal 1, entry paper for handwriting information on the name, the address, etc., of the ordering person required for ordering is instantly outputted to the facsimile terminal 3 to return to the ordering person. The ordering person handwrites necessary additional information in the returned entry paper and sends it back from the terminal 3 to complete ordering procedure. The input of information required for shopping from the Internet-type terminal can be saved to irreducibly minimum information such as the selection of merchandise, etc., to allow a person who is not used to operation of a terminal to simply execute on-line shopping utilizing the Internet-type terminal. |
