PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a plant supervisory controller or to make it compatible with a real plant by performing processing which makes a plant supervisory controller execute a control operation that is almost the same as a control operation of a real plant process about a simulation plant process in an optional operation state, too. SOLUTION: A plant simulating part 5 simulates a plant process, sets and preserves an initial state of a plant and performs the occurrence simulation, etc., of a failure and breakdown of parts in the plant according to a simulation request from an instructor console 11. In such a case, a control signal from a plant supervisory controller 4 is inputted, a simulation operation in a plant state is performed and the results of the simulation operation are outputted to the controller 4 again. A simulator interface part 12 has a data input-output function for the controller 4 and the part 5. Thus, it is possible to hold easiness of hardware and software diversion. |
