PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the run-out of a motor even in a motor driver which performs open loop control without being equipped with a feedback loop, and detect the wildcat run of the motor, regardless of the open loop control not equipped with a feedback loop and closed loop control equipped with a feedback loop. SOLUTION: CPU 101 converts the monitor information 151 into the revolution of a motor, in open loop control, by the switch setting of a software switch 110, and performs the monitoring of the revolution of a motor 105 and the detection of wildcat run by the comparison between this motor revolution and a speed command n1. Moreover, in closed loop control, it performs the monitoring of the revolution of the motor and the detection of wildcat run by the comparison between the feedback information (motor revolution) 153 and the speed command n1. |
