PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allow a system to serve as a mobile communication services at low cost for any place, provided that an existing telephone line is available. SOLUTION: This radio base station system 100 is used in direct connection to an existing public communication network 300, and executes mobile communication processing specific to mobile communication, such as authentication of a mobile terminal 200. When the mobile communication processing is executed, the system 100 communicates a control signal to the mobile terminal 200 according to a protocol used for a radio block of an existing mobile communication network. The system 100 also communicates a controls signal to the existing public communication network 300, in accordance with a protocol used between the existing mobile communication network and the existing public communication network 300. As result, the protocol is converted between the mobile terminal 200 and the existing public communication network 300. |
