<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide as electronic automatic flickering device which affects the environment less, can be wired by a two wire system, and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This electronic automatic flickering device is provided with a photoelectromotive force element SB as a sensor detecting brightness in the surroundings. A negative electrode of the photoelectromotive force element SB is connected with a control terminal of a switching element SW through a resistor R1 . The switching element SW connects two depleted MOSFETs 21, 22 in reverse series and connects sources and gates in common mutually. A positive electrode of the photoelectromotive force element SB is connected with the sources of both MOSFETs 21, 22. The photoelectromotive force element SB connects a plurality of solar batteries 5 in series. Drain of MOSFET 21 is connected with T2 terminal of a TRIAC (3 terminal bidirectional thyristor) Q1 through resistance R2 . Drain of MOSFET 22 is connected with a gate of the TRIAC Q1 .</p> |
