<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating analyzer which prevents a volatile substance inside a heating furnace from being stuck to its inside wall or from being left inside the heating furnace by a method wherein a detachable insertion implement which covers a part or the whole of the inside wall is installed inside the heating furnace. SOLUTION: A sample which is placed in a sample holder 4 installed at a sample beam 3 with a thermocouple is heated by a heater 2. A generated component is passed through a furnace tube 1 whose inside wall is covered with an insertion implement 5, and it is derived to an analyzer. Since the insertion implement 5 is detachable, it is taken out after an analysis, a substance which is stuck to the inside wall is removed, and the insertion implement 5 is installed again inside a furnace. Thereby, the sample can be analyzed in a state that a previous influence does not exist in a next analysis. In order to remove the substance stuck to the inside wall of the insertion implement 5, a cleaning operation by using an acid, a burning operation by using a burner or the like is used. In addition, the shape of the insertion implement 5 is formed preferably to be a shape which is along the shape the the furnace.</p> |
