PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser which is reduced in number of constituent parts for reducing manufacturing cost, is made easy for adjustment work, and reduced in overall size. SOLUTION: A solid-state laser 10, in which the side of a laser crystal 20 are excited with a semiconductor laser, is equipped with flow tubes 24 where cooling water is made to flow through and which are arranged between the laser crystal 20 and the semiconductor laser covering the laser crystal 20 to cool down it, wherein the wall side of the flow tube 20 facing the laser crystal 20 is formed into a scattering surface, and the inlet part of the flow tube 24 where exciting light is introduced from the semiconductor laser is formed transparent to exciting light, and the semiconductor laser is arranged close to the inlet part of the flow tube 24. |
