PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision by preventing deformation by increasing the rigidity of the movable part of the support device which supports a fixed member and the movable member rotatably. SOLUTION: Terminal parts 52 as plate type fitting parts are formed on springs 33 and 34 made of plate materials supporting the movable member 32 and molded integrally with the center surface of the movable member 32, and the bending rigidity of the plate type terminal parts 52 in the surface direction prevent the movable member 32 from deforming owing to temperature variation and external force and also makes its deformation into deformation symmetrical about the center surface, i.e., terminals parts 52, thereby improving the precision. |
