<p>Piperazine derivatives of the general formula (I), in which A, Z, R, R1, R2 and R3 are as disclosed in the Description, and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts binding to R-HTlA receptors and exhibiting antagonistic activities and may be used, for example, as anxiolytics, antidepressants, hypotensives and as agents for regulating the sleep/wake cycle, feeding behaviour and/or sexual function. There is further disclosed a method of their preparation and an intermediate resulting therefrom.</p> |
