PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread spectrum communication equipment which stably obtain a correlation output of level by performing sending data processing suitably. SOLUTION: This spread spectrum communication device, where a transmitter side sends a multiplex modulation signal by shifting a multiplexing timing and a receiver side gets demodulation data from a correlation output, is provided with a delay quantity deciding means 10, which decides change quantity of multiplexing timing on the transmitter side for each combination of sending data and a correlation output processing means 20 which compares a correlation output, only in a timing in which a correlation output is supposed to be outputted. |
