PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read a distribution state of data minutely from graph display by visibly displaying a graph plot data group based on the overlapping degree of calculated graph plat data so that the overlapping degree can be identified. SOLUTION: Plant data which are stored in a plant data storing part 101 that stores plural plant data collected from a plant are read and a graph plot data group about the plant data is produced by a plot data generating part 102. An overlapping degree calculating part 103 calculates overlapping degree of individual data with each other in the graph plot data group which is produced by the part 102. A data display controlling part 106 performs graph display on an input-output terminal 105 which is provided with a CRT based on the overlapping degree of the graph plot data that is calculated by the part 103 and color tone data stored in a color tone data storing part 104.
