SOLUTION: A user inputs the internet address and an access period of an web page through a user interface to program a computer device 14. The device 14 periodically and automatically accesses a specific web page and loads down information from the web page. The information is stored in a large capacity storage device 32. Thereby the user can judge whether interesting information is included in the web page or not by observing the downloaded web page without practically connecting a user terminal to the internet.
