PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for contactless and conductorless transfer of electrical signals between a rotor and a stator. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an electrical circuit carrier 20, with signal transmission and signal reception elements 31 installed on a stator side and an electrical circuit carrier 10 with signal transmission and signal reception elements 32 installed on the rotor side. The stator-side and rotor-side electrical circuit carriers 20, 10 neighbor each other axially or radially with their signal transmission and signal reception elements. The neighboring signal transmission and signal reception elements of the stator-side and rotor-side circuit carriers are positioned relative to each other and have perimeter extensions, which are so configured that a bidirectional signal transmission is possible between the stator-side circuit carrier and the rotor-side circuit carrier in a possible relative rotational position of the rotor-side circuit carrier with respect to the stator-side circuit carrier.
