摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display(LCD) device capable of omitting a residue processing process to be executed after the formation of a metallic core material and preventing the reduction of the whole manufacturing efficiency by selecting the metallic core material and a metallic clad material. SOLUTION: This LCD display device has 1st and 2nd transparent substrate 1, 2, a liquid crystal(LC) layer 3 arranged between the 1st and 2nd substrates 1, 2, many gate signal, lines 4 arranged in parallel on the LC layer 3 side of the substrate 1, and many drain signal lines arranged in parallel on the LC layer 3 side of the substrate 1 so as to approximately intersect the gate signal lines 4 at right angles and is constituted so that respective parts surrounded by the gate signal lines 4 and the drain signal lines form respective pixel areas and each gate signal line consists of a metallic core material 4C and a metallic clad material 4G covering the surface of the material 4C. The material 4C consists of a low resistance metallic material and the material 4K consists of a metallic material having high coating ability on the material 4C.</p>
