PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring vacuum pressure of nozzle for an electronic component suction capable of correctly judging pass/fail of vacuum pressure of a nozzle on the basis of time required for the nozzle inside pressure to reach upper limit value. SOLUTION: A nozzle 2 is mounted on a mounting section 12 of a pressure measuring device 10 and a decreased pressure in the nozzle 2 is measured by driving a vacuum generator 6. The upper limit value (mmHg) of the pressure is displayed on a pressure display 13 of the pressure measuring section 10 and the time (sec) required for reaching the upper limit value is displayed on a time display 15. An operator judges pass-fail of a clogging of the nozzle 2 based on the upper limit value and time required. |
