PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric actuator, wherein piezoelectric bodies and metal thin plates can be easily laminated with their centers aligned with each other, metal thin plates can be surely and electrically connected together over a long time, and the piezoelectric actuator can be enhanced inn displacement. SOLUTION: A laminated piezoelectric actuator has a structure, where piezoelectric plates 1 and metal thin plates 6 are alternately laminated, the metal thin plates 6 are each bonded to the piezoelectric plates 1 with a conductive adhesive agent, the metal thin plates 6 are each alternately defined as a first metal thin plate 6a or a second metal thin plate 6b, and an engaging recess 9 is provided to the first metal thin plates 6a and the second metal thin plates 6b, respectively. Furthermore, the tips 8 of connecting projections 7 are each engaged with the engaging recess 9 to make the first metal thin plates 6a connected electrically together and the second metal thin plates 6b electrically connected together. |
