The invention concerns an active switchgear control installed in the open air and connected to buried input/output electric cables, comprising, in its internal volume (6), part (9, 7, 10) of a closed circuit cooling said volume (6) by the known principle of "heat pump", said part comprising the pressure regulator (9) or "capillary", followed by the "evaporator" (7) for absorbing the ambient calories, itself followed by the compressor (10).
