METHOD FOR ANALYZING A TEST SAMPLE BY MEANS OF AN ELECTRO-CHEMOLUMINESCENCE BOND REACTION TEST

The invention relates to a method for analyzing a liquid test sample, especially of a body fluid by means of an electro-chemoluminescence bond reaction method in which a reaction sequence is carried out. The reaction sequence includes at least one specific biochemical bond reaction and leads to the formation of a complex which contains a chemoluminescence marker and which is characteristic for the analysis. Said reaction sequence also leads to the bonding of the complex to a magnetic microparticle. A detection cycle is carried out in a measuring cell having a collector in order to determine the concentration of the marked microparticle. The detection cycle includes a purification step (20), a conditioning step (22), a recovery step (23) and a measuring step (21), whereby a specified potential profile is applied to the collector during these steps. Between the conditioning step (22) and the recovery step (23), an additional potential pulse (DIP) with an oxidizing or reducing potential is inserted into the voltage shape of the detection cycle in order to improve the deposit of the microparticle, whereby before the collector contacts (instant tp) the test sample, the additional potential pulse (DIP) is restored to a neutral potential which is neither oxidant nor reductant.
