A pharmaceutical mixture made from hedgehog proteins where hedgehog proteins are bound to a biologically appropriate carrier, which absorbs water. This carrier is a polymer and,- binds the hedgehog proteins as a negatively charged carrier as the result of the ionic interactions,- when a hedgehog protein is bound to carrier, this doesn't modify the protein.- under neutral conditions, it includes per monomer at least 0.1 to 2 negative residuum.- it includes loading in the form of acidic groups.- average molecular weight is at least 50.000Da.- and it doesn't include agarose.It is possible in vivo form to reverse this connection of hedgehog proteins from a carrier and release it in active form. |
