PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a jerry-like nutritive assistance food, containing rich vitamins, minerals and the like, excellent in nutritive valance, capable of supplying the whole nutrient and capable of performing promotion of health by eating habits with good valance even if the nutritive assistance food is taken instead of a meal. SOLUTION: This jerry-like nutritive assistance food includes Spirulina, a natural vitamin C obtained from an acerola juice and a metalloenzyme- containing solution obtained by fermenting a neutral green jerry-like sea mud obtained from ancient sea weeds buried in the sea bottom to provide a powdery material as a fermentation product, extracting the obtained powdery product with water and purifying the extract. |
