<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure monitoring device capable of continuously monitoring the fluctuation of blood pressures without forcing burdens on a living body so much and without limiting mounting to the living body. SOLUTION: The heart beat cycle TP of the living body calculated by a heart beat information calculation means 76 is frequency analyzed in a frequency analysis means 80, a ratio (LF/HF) for indicating the evaluated value of the autonomic nerve of the living body is decided from the frequency analysis spectrum of the heart beat cycle TP in an autonomic nerve evaluation means 82 and blood pressure measurement by a blood pressure measurement means 70 is activated based on judgement that the ratio (LF/HF) fluctuates in a blood pressure activation means 84. Thus, since the fluctuation of the blood pressure is continuously monitored without using a cuff, blood pressure measurement by the cuff executed in a short cycle so as to reduce the delay of blood pressure monitoring is dissolved, and thus, the burdens on the living body are reduced.</p> |
