PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure sealing performance and improve fitting and fixing ability at a portion where a metal sleeve and a cylindrical bracket are fittedly secured in a fluid enclosed type cylindrical mount device wherein the cylindrical bracket is fittedly fixed to the metal sleeve vulcanizedly adhered to the external peripheral face of a rubber elastic body, and a pocket section opening in the external peripheral face of the rubber elastic body is covered by the cylindrical bracket for forming a fluid chamber. SOLUTION: The seal rubber 36 projected in the external peripheral face of a metal sleeve 12 is welded to the internal face of the container recessed groove 50 formed in the internal peripheral face of the cylindrical bracket 18 and is arranged in container recessed groove 50, and the cylindrical bracket 18 is fittedly fixed to the metal sleeve 12 directly in the relation of metal to metal when fittedly fixing the steel metal sleeve 12 by reducing the diameter of the cylindrical bracket 18 made of aluminum alloy.
