PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor part structure capable of storing a heat insulating material whose thickness is greater than the height of a floor joist, a heat insulating material supporting member for use in the floor part structure, and a building unit using the floor part structure. SOLUTION: In a floor part structure, a plurality of floor beams 11, 11,... are provided between almost parallel floor girders 1, 1, and a heat insulating material supporting member 2 is provided between the floor girders 1, 1. In that case, the heat insulating material supporting member 2 is constructed of a plate, which is corrugated so that mountain parts 21 and valley parts 22 are provided alternately in succession on the heat insulating material supporting member 2. The floor beam 11 is inserted into a dented part in the back of each mountain part 21, and the valley parts 22 of the heat insulating material supporting member 2 are dropped from the upper surface of the floor beam 11, so that a heat insulating material 2 is placed on the valley parts 22.
