PURPOSE:To obtain the title food having excellent utility efficiency by blending a solution of a hydroxy acid which is reacted with a slightly water-soluble Ca salt, etc., and produces a slightly water-soluble Ca salt of hydroxy acid with the Ca salt in a range not to form the Ca salt of hydroxy acid, evolving a carbon dioxide gas and blending the solution with a food. CONSTITUTION:A solution of a hydroxy acid such as citric acid or tartaric acid which is reacted with a slightly water-soluble or water-insoluble Ca salt, etc., and produces a slightly water-soluble or water-insoluble Ca salt of hydroxy acid is blended with the Ca salt in a range not to form the Ca salt of hydroxy acid and a carbon dioxide is evolved to give a solution of the Ca salt of hydroxy acid. The solution is adjusted to pH 6-9 with an alkalizing agent and mixed with a food in a fluidized state to give the objective food. |
