PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a good-quality microcapsule in a short time by using a UV curing resin or an electron-beam curing resin as the membrane material for encapsulating a core material. CONSTITUTION:An UV curing resin or an electron-beam curing resin is used as the membrane material for encapsulating a core material such as chemicals and dyes. The core material and membrane material are dispersed in an aq. phase, the dispersion is irradiated with UV or an electron beam to cure the membrane material, and the fine grains of the core material are enclosed in the globular membrane material to obtain a microcapsule. Consequently, the interfacial condensation polymerization is carried out in a short time, and the microcapsules are quantitatively produced without elevating the temp. |
