<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial piston type pump with high capacity efficiency by controlling the inclination of a cylinder block to be a lowering factor of mechanical efficiency of a pump. SOLUTION: An axial piston type pump houses a cylinder block 3, a piston 2, a cam plate 4, a valve plate 5, a main shaft 6 and the like in a casing 1, rotates the cylinder block 3 in the casing 1 by the rotation of the main shaft 6 and reciprocates the piston 2 to perform suction and discharge of fluid by the reciprocating motion of the piston 2. A support mechanism to support the cylinder block 3 in the casing 1 so that it can rotate freely is constructed with a cylinder block bearing 8, a stretched bearing to support one end of the cylinder block 3 and an outside support bearing 11 or a shaft support bearing to support the other end.</p> |
