PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cement based hardened body dense and excellent in durability by aging and hardening a mixture containing a pozzolan based fine powder with cement under heating to control the rate of reaction of the pozzolan based fine powder to a specific value or above, thereby enhancing long age strength as well as short age strength. SOLUTION: The mixture containing cement and the pozzolan based fine powder having at least <=2μm particle diameter is aged and hardened under heating at >=60 deg.C to form a hardened body with >=30% rate of reaction of the pozzolan fine powder. As the pozzolan fine powder, a silica fume, a fly ash, a fine powdery silica sand, a slag or the like is used. The cement based hardened body contains a paste, a mortal or a concrete. By adding the pozzolan based fine powder in cement to react with each other, the hydration of the cement is accelerated with the pozzolanic reaction of the pozzolane based fine powder to obtain high strength hardened body. The molar ratio of calcium/silica in a calcium silicate hydrate produced by the reaction is preferably <=2.5. |
