PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery panel installation device which prevents the tipping of a panel supporting table even when a strong wind blows from behind a solar battery panel toward the lower surface of the panel supporting table. SOLUTION: In a device for installing a solar-battery panel 7, in which a panel supporting table 3 with the solar-battery panel 7 placed thereon is installed while being inclined relative to an installation face 1, a column 4 is mounted at the higher end 3a of the panel supporting table 3 via a hinge, and a freely expanding and contracting damper 5 is mounted at the lower end 3b of the panel supporting table 3 via a hinge 6. Therefore, even if the lower surface of the panel supporting table 3 for the solar battery panel 7 is exerted with strong wind pressure in high winds, the stroke of the damper 5 supporting the lower end 3a of the panel supporting gable 3 increases, reducing the inclination of the panel supporting table 3 and therefore the wind resistance exerted on the lower surface of the panel supporting table 3, and thereby preventing the panel supporting table 3 and the solar battery panel 7 from floating up and tipping. |
