<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag cover which can be manufactured at preferable cost without the need for receiving unexpected resistance when an air bag is suddenly expanded along a predetermined line. SOLUTION: An air bag cover 1 for an automobile air bag unit is split along a predetermined line when an air bag is suddenly expanded to open one or more parts along a hinge line. The cover 1 comprises two or more layers. A full line to be split as a predetermined breaking line is made only on the first layer of the air bag side.</p> |
