PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a color changeable corresponding with intensity of ultraviolet rays by a method wherein an overcoat layer is formed on one surface of a base film, and on the upper surface, a photochromic layer is formed with an ink for which a photocromic material and a fluorescent substance are blended, and in addition, on the upper surface of the photochromic layer, an adhesive layer is formed. SOLUTION: On the upper surface of a base film 2, a transparent overcoat layer 3 is screen-printed. On the top of it, a first oil-soluble ink layer 4a is printed with a trimming line, and in the partitioned region, a photochromic ink layer 5 is screen-printed with a thickness of 30-40μm with an ink for which a photochromic material and a fluorescent substance are blended. In addition, on the upper surface of the photochromic ink layer 5, a white water-soluble ink layer 6 and an adhesive layer 7 are formed by screen-printing. Thus, by forming the photochromic layer 5 with the ink for which the photochromic material and the fluorescent substance are blended, the change of a color at a bright place becomes possible, and at the same time, the change of a color becomes possible even in a place where a quantity of light is less, by the radiation of ultraviolet rays.
|
